the hotel has a great location, just minutes away from the biggest shopping mall in Vienna. Nam Nam, a great restaurant for dinner, is conveniently close to the hotel. 3. the standard double room features air conditioning and all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location near to metro, in the very quiet residential area. For tea or coffee visit Nobauer Konditorei nearby. Brand-new standard double room, extremely comfy beds. Had clean climate control and good heating.
Not very friendly staff!

I had a funny experience where there is no instruction in English to use the room's safe deposit box. Fortunately the front desk lady was helpful. The front desk recommended a restaurant/ cafe nearby called The Falk. The schnitzel (Vienna's "national food") was nice, the price cheaper than the city and it opens 24 hour, 365 days. It is next to the Kagran station.
I also agree with other guest's comment that the breakfast can be improved. Everyday is the same stuff, and need to pay for eggs etc.

Very nice and accommodative staff.
The rooms lack not only ac, but simple ventilation. Cheap furniture and carpet smell and you need to open the window to get rid of the smell. Than you start hearing trams noise.

I felt safe. There was café Nobauer Konditorei that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel

Staff was really helpful, friendly, and all of them were speaking english. Cleaning was excellent and internet connection was very good. A good idea to have coffee and tea 24/7 for free.
Breakfast was quite limited, with no options, but I knew about this in advance. In fact, they offered exactly what they said they would.

The hotel is close to a subway station. Internet access was fine.
Breakfast was a set menu. Even bread type was unique every day. At least two choices would have been nice.
